To test the affinity of protein C with small molecules.
Technical difficulties：
▇Data obtained from MST showed poor affinity and low signal-to-noise ratio.
Solution：
▇The ITC method, which does not require fluorescent labeling or immobilization of the protein, was used to obtain the
affinity.
▇The affinity values replicated the results from MST.
▇ΔH indicated that the binding reaction is exothermic, and ΔS indicated an entropy-reducing reaction, with the chemical
stoichiometry of the protein and small molecule binding also obtained.
