Technical difficulties：
The molecular weights of Fe3+ and Cu2+ are small, resulting in low data
quality obtained from SPR.
Solution：
▇ A MST method not restricted by ligand molecular weight.
▇ Prepare a suitable test buffer by replacing PBS with Bis-Tris to prevent
interactions with Fe3+ and Cu2+, thus avoiding any impact on experimental
results.
▇ Adjust the pH of each solution to remain near 8.0, regulating pH changes due to
variations in metal ion concentrations, and ensuring that metal solutions do not
precipitate at high concentrations to avoid affecting the test results.
