The co-crystal drug utilizes hydrogen bonds to combine its two ligands, and employing traditional single-crystal cultivation methods has risk of disrupting these hydrogen bonds. To overcome this challenge, MicroED was employed for in-situ structural analysis of the powdered drug, enabling the verification of the absolute configuration. This technique not only preserved the integrity of the hydrogen bonds but also facilitated the determination of the overall structure and the precise ratio of its two ligands.
